My prediction: Hemy Neuman guilty, no insanity

I've been listening to the Hemy Neuman trial testimony, and if I were on the jury today would mark the day I decided Neuman is guilty, no chance of insanity. Why? The security officer for GE and his testimony.

On the day of the murder, Hemy arrived at at work almost 2 hours earlier than any time within the past 30 days(only reviewed 30 days of record in court testimony)
In order to get into a GE building and use the elevator an employee's key card must be used.
The employee's card key must also be used to enter their office floor, but does not have to be used upon leaving the office or the building
The card key does have to used to reenter the GE building or floor

After the murder of Rusty Sneiderman, video shows Hemy checking out a visitors card to visit Andrea Sneideman's building (Andrea works in a different building than Hemy).
Hemy leaves her building shortly after (presumably this is when he took her laptop, Andrea was in route to hospital)
Hemy then returns to his office building, but rather than use his card key, he obtains one from the front desk as if he had forgotten his, so the original card key would not reflect his re entry to the building.

Basically what this 'insane' man was attempting to do was have his original employee card key time entry as his alibi for the killing, i.e. 'I was in the office during the time of the murder'.
Interestingly enough, had his name not shown up as renting a car on the day of the murder and returning it after, he may have had an alibi if the police did not suspect him or dig deeper.

Hemy Neuman went through great lengths to leave and enter his office building without detection. The testimony today along with wearing a disguise at the time of the murder, purchasing the gun in advance, taking target practice, and his professed love or obsession with Andrea (affair or not) points to his pre meditated, calculated murder of Rusty Sneiderman
Guilty, no insanity. Slam dunk

  • And now we know why there are not more emails:
    • GE keeps deleted emails for 30 days on their server.  Hemy was arrested Jan. 4th, more than 30 days after Rusty's murder.  The only way to access the deleted emails is if the sender or receiver kept them on their computer......All making more sense now
