Dunwoody day care shooting | What the jury will hear | ajc.com

Hemy Neuman's murder trial started this week. He stands accused of gunning down Rusty Sneiderman, married, father of two who at the time of the shooting was dropping off his son at Dunwoody Prep daycare, just blocks from our home.

It's a very tragic situation for all involved, especially for each man's children
These kids will each grow up without a father, and depending on how the facts of the case play out, Rusty's children may grow
up with a mom carrying the guilt that her actions or simply the action of being the object of Mr. Neuman's obsession caused her husband's death

My hope is Mrs. Sneiderman had nothing to do with planning the murder of her husband. And if this is the case, my hope is that she will forgive herself, moving forward for her children.
Because an affair does not equate to responsibility for Mr. Neuman's choice to murder her husband.
Is it tragic, yes. Was it a bad choice, yes. If she did have an affair, but nothing to do with her husband's murder, would she do anything to take back the act of the affair, my guess is her answer would be yes.
